A Little of My Story — and Why I Understand Your Journey So Well
Sometimes, in a new country, you just want to talk to someone who truly gets what it feels like to start again… I’ve lived those moments.
And because language shapes how we express ourselves, I offer coaching in both English and Spanish — the two languages that shaped my own journey as an international.
I spent years trying to close the gap between who I was on the inside and who I felt expected to be at work. I adapted, pushed through, and carried on — but I kept wondering what it would feel like to build a career that actually felt like me.
That curiosity became a turning point.
After a long corporate chapter, I realised I felt most alive when I was helping others find clarity, direction, and connection in their careers. That’s the path that brought me here.
Today, I support internationals in the Netherlands through their own transitions — blending reflection and action so the journey feels grounding, not overwhelming.
