4. Payment and Refund Policy

Clients are responsible for the payment of coaching and counselling services as agreed upon in the service agreement. Payment terms, methods, and fees will be clearly communicated in advance. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Jenny Campos’ discretion.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide advance notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fees or forfeiture of the session.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during coaching and counselling sessions. Jenny Campos | Coaching & Counselling reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jenny Campos | Coaching & Counselling is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our coaching and counselling services. Clients use our services at their own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

Jenny Campos | Coaching & Counselling reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the Dutch laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands.
