Why I created this

After recovering from burnout, I tried a lot of things to manage stress. What stuck with me wasn’t one method or magic formula—but a mindset:

Stress isn’t just something you think through. It’s something you have to move through.

That insight changed how I plan my days, how I respond to overwhelm, and how I take care of myself—especially before a break.

Now, I want to offer that same space to you.

What You’ll Get

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a hands-on, body-and-mind reset where we’ll gently:

Meet Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Jenny Campos—a NOBCO-registered career coach and counsellor based in Utrecht.

With a background in chemical engineering and 15+ years in corporate life, I bring a grounded, practical lens to stress and wellbeing.

I now work with professionals to realign their careers and manage life’s pressure with more authenticity and balance.

This workshop blends body-based practices, self-reflection, and simple techniques you can adapt to your own life. It’s not about perfection—it’s about giving yourself the space to reset.
